the next forty

Everything before 40 is just research.

I love a good quote and this one got my attention.  Thanks, Dan Woodard.  Right now, this feels very true.  At my age, I feel like I've done a lot and seen a lot, but I also feel like I'm just getting started and like I'm going to run out of time.  My life might be half over or more than half over.  You just never know.

These are the paid jobs I've had in my life so far. . .

1.  Babysitter
2.  Cheerleading Coach (UCA)
3.  Gymnastics Coach (Head Over Heels)
4.  Sports Camp Counselor (Crosspoint)
5.  Optometrist
6.  College Student Mentor (Gateway Student Development)
7.  DISC Behavioral Style Analyst (Price Associates)
8.  Storytelling Retreat Leader (Front Porch Series)

Luckily, I have enjoyed 6 out of 8 (I don't miss you,  #1 and #5, not even a tiny bit).

I'm hoping #9 will be Dance Teacher,
I'm hoping #10 will be Spiritual Nurturer (if that's even a thing), and
I'm hoping #11 will be Sports Team Chaplain (UW, SPU, Seagals?)

because all that research leads me to believe that I would enjoy spending the next forty on these.
